I offer curiosity to help process past trauma and navigate the challenges of life’s aftermath. I attempt to recognize the patterns that may no longer serve others and provide space for creative expression, especially through art, when words aren’t enough. Therapy can be vulnerable and challenging, but it’s also an opportunity for renewal, self-discovery, and acceptance.
