To be human is to carry a story. These stories are woven together by our joys, desires, dreams, and pains. For some, you have lost touch with your joy, desires, dreams, or your pain can feel like the most real thing about you. I find that our struggles and pain are typically layered and complex, interwoven within our experiences and our relationships. Together, we spend the time getting to know these layers and explore your experiences and story deeply, better understanding who you are and why while gaining new perspective and choices.

Whatever brings you to therapy—unsatisfying relationships, anxiety, a complicated religious experience, shame, a recent life change—we’ll slow down and connect with you right where you are, be curious to understand your inner landscape, and work together to develop more satisfying ways of relating to yourself and others.

My hope is that in our time together, you will find therapy to be a genuine and collaborative place where you can look underneath the surface, explore deeply ingrained patterns, and gain the healing and understanding you need to foster the change you want. I look forward to getting to know you.
