My deepest hope for the therapeutic process is re-connection with your authentic self. I hope to help you discover how your upbringing and current circumstances are related, and gently unwind that link so you can recognize when your past is being activated and make new choices. Many of us don’t have a place where we feel truly safe to be ourselves. I desire to provide people with a space in which they feel truly seen and heard without fear of judgement. With a space to be authentically you, you can develop an internal sense of value, self-love, and self-acceptance.

I am deeply committed to the restoration of the mind-body connection to heal not only mental health, but health as a whole. Through somatic, mindfulness, and meditation work, I hope to use this connection to help you find your authenticity, voice, and strength. I also integrate my knowledge of health, chronic illness, and the stress-disease connection to holistically explore all possible contributing factors to your experience.

Due to my personal experience with a lifelong autoimmune disease, I enjoy working with those who also have chronic health conditions. While in undergrad, I worked in Applied Behavioral Analysis, where I also developed a deep passion for working with children with neurodevelopmental disorders and their families. In my Master’s program, I worked in outpatient substance use treatment, where I was able to explore my other areas of interest: substance use, trauma, depression, adult ADHD, life transitions, relationship issues, eating disorders, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and grief. I currently work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families.
