Hi! I have this deep belief that the way in which we have storied our lives, at times, envelops our hopes and energy to get through today. We will work collaboratively to explore the experiences that silence you, that are keeping you in your pain. Together we will look for the words unspoken, create space for what was not, and curate energy for what will be. I believe the answers are within you and that sometimes we need a little help to discover them. I understand the pressure of holding life together, child or adult. I understand expectations, fears, and pressure being the motivator for how we live. My hope is together we can discover the avenues to take where you can be at the center of your life.
I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and earned my Clinical Psychology degree from Vanguard University. I have worked in an addictions clinical setting for over 10 years. Additionally, during my time in graduate school I worked with individuals, couples, and children in non-profit mental health. I am multi-faceted in my approach with a general warm and calming presence. I hold space for both the deep work and the light-hearted relief of doing such work. I have experience with and work well with individuals in relationship with addiction or anxiety and/or couples experiencing relational conflict.
