For over 25 years, I have been dedicated to helping individuals break free from trauma, negative relational patterns, distorted beliefs, and self-defeating behaviors. Through a therapeutic relationship grounded in kindness and compassion, my aim is to help my clients experience greater self-acceptance, emotional clarity, and deeper fulfillment in their relationships. My approach integrates experiential therapy, psychodynamic, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and other evidence-based modalities to support healing and transformation.
