I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and have been working with individuals towards interpersonal health and growth for the past 4 years. I earned a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
I take an authentic and warm approach in working with my clients, and deeply believe that each individual has the potential to heal from interpersonal wounds. My background ranges from working in community mental health clinics to residential treatment centers. Much of my clinical experience includes working with adolescents, young adults, and suffers of substance abuse as they embark on their journey towards self-discovery.
Aside from traditional talk therapy, I help facilitate healing through techniques of art therapy and meditation. I have received my basic training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and am passionate about working with victims of trauma. I would be honored to work with you towards wholeness and connection!
